About the event
Join the City of Aztec and the San Juan Watershed Group for a fun Saturday working together to restore a recent river restoration project done at Riverside and Rio de Animas Park! Learn hands on seeding and riparian restoration techniques, river hydrology, and our long term plans for restoring the Animas River both on city property and across the entire watershed! Bring sturdy shoes, appropriate clothes for working outside, and sunscreen. Lunch, water, gloves, and seeding materials will be provided.
