San Juan Soil & Water Conservation District (SWCD) is managing the procurement of construction services on behalf of the San Juan Watershed Group and the New Mexico Environmental Department, for the construction of a bank stabilization project that will consist of: Five gynomorphically appropriate rock deflectors (described in this procurement document).
